The Company operates a fully equipped modern office premises located at the Aifaanu Building with a team of highly trained and motivated staff. As Passenger Sales Agent of Singapore Airlines, efforts are being made to seek GSA status for all other major International Carriers operating schedule flights to and from Maldives.

Travel Consultancy Services are offered to major corporate customers, whereby, the Company undertakes to provide a “One-Stop-Shop” service.

A sales distribution channel of ticket agents have been established in the Atolls nearer to the Regional Airports for the convenience of the general public traveling on domestic flights.

The main aim of appointing Ticket Agents/PSA’s is to facilitate convenient access to the services of the Company instead of the public having to travel long distances by boat to the domestic airport for making a reservation or purchase a ticket on Island Aviation. As a service enhancement, the Company encourages agents to operate ferry services between domestic airports and the capital Island of the Atoll in the region.

In addition to operating schedule flights, Island Aviation Services Limited operates charter flights for the purpose of aerial photography, medical evacuation, surveillance flights for the National Security using the Dornier-228 Aircraft.
