We are committed to providing passenger and baggage handling, load control and ramp services to all the airlines operating in and out of Maldives.

Servicing airline passengers' needs is first and foremost in our minds. Our Customer Services Staff are renowned for warmth and friendliness, are trained to deliver a quality service whether at check-in counters, the arrival hall or anywhere else within the passenger terminals.

In baggage handling, first and last bag presentation times for the arrival flights are closely monitored for every flight. We set ourselves high standards and make every effort to present the first bag on the carousel 12 minutes after aircraft arrival and deliver the last bags within 30 minutes after arrival.

Our load control department is trained and certified to perform weight and balance functions on a wide range of aircraft types.

Ramp Services are capable of handling aircrafts ranging from the smallest Cessna to the largest B747, latest B777 and A340 aircraft types.
